The food has improved from the last time I was in hospital (18 months ago).  Plenty of choice.  There is always something I liked on the menu,

Patient Feedback on the Transport Team:  "The gentleman who drove me both ways yesterday was called Mark.  When I arrived home, my husband had been delayed so Mark put a blanket around my shoulders and stayed with me, outside, until my husband arrived 35 minutes later.  Thank you".

 

Patient feedback on the Cleaning Services Team:   

Ward 3 - "She works very hard".

Ward 17- "10/10 fantastic".

Ward 19 - "Cleaner lovely".

Ward 22 - "Les the cleaner is fantastic.  He does a great job and is very friendly.  Puts a smile on your face".

Ward 8 - "Staff are fantastic".

Visitor to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary - Thanked security staff for retrieving and returning her money, which she had left in the cash machine. 

 

Colleague feedback on the Equipment /Loan Store - received from the Clinical Manager, North Halifax: 

" The loan store team should also get a mention as they have received a request for equipment required Wednesday am and have delivered this morning".
